TC Polished Windows

Commercial route window cleaning in the Tri‑Cities, WA area.

Predictable schedule, before-hours or after-hours cleaning, and photo confirmation after every visit — without disrupting your customers.

You've probably noticed…

Why business owners end up here.

  • The storefront glass looks great right after a cleaning, then gets dusty again within a week.

  • Your last cleaner missed a couple visits and eventually stopped answering the phone.

  • Employees keep saying "the windows really need cleaning" but it slips through the cracks.

  • You want a local operator you can call — someone who knows your address on sight — not a portal ticket at a national franchise.

  • You need cleaning done before you open or after you close, so it doesn't disrupt customers.

  • You want a real service agreement so if anyone drops the ball there's something to point at.

Commercial route cleaning is the difference between calling for service and having service already on your calendar.

Most storefronts don’t need heroic deep-cleaning every visit — they need consistent light-touch service that keeps the glass from ever getting bad in the first place. That’s what a route buys you: predictable results, predictable cost, one less thing to remember.

How we work

Start to finish.

  1. Walk the site with us

We come by once during business hours to see the storefront, count entries, measure glass, and note anything tricky — roll-up gates, awnings, planter access. Takes about 15 minutes.

  2. Firm monthly rate, sent in writing

We reply within one business day with a rate for your chosen frequency (weekly / biweekly / monthly), a proposed schedule slot, and a short service agreement to sign.

  3. Recurring visits on your slot

We show up on the same day and time every cycle. You don't have to remember to call us.

  4. Photo confirmation after each visit

A short text with a couple of photos so you know the work was done — helpful when you're not on-site or the visit happened after hours.

  5. Quarterly check-in

Every three months we check in briefly to confirm the schedule is working, adjust if seasonal foot traffic changes what you need, and answer anything.

FAQ

Common questions.

  • What's a "route"?

Industry term for a recurring commercial account. We're building a route of Tri-Cities storefronts and offices that get regular service on the same slot every cycle. You become a scheduled visit on our calendar, not a one-off call.

  • What frequencies do you offer?

Weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Storefronts with heavy foot traffic — restaurants, coffee shops, retail on busy corners — usually go weekly. Offices and medical suites are typically biweekly or monthly.

  • Do we sign a contract?

Yes — a simple one-page service agreement that names the schedule, the rate, and how either side can pause or cancel. It exists so both sides know what's expected, not to lock you in.

  • Can we cancel or pause?

Cancellation with 30 days notice. Short-term pauses for holidays or remodels don't need notice — just let us know.

  • What if it rains on the scheduled day?

We reschedule to the next available slot in the same week. If the visit has to move, you're not billed for the missed slot.

  • Do you clean after hours?

Yes. Many restaurants and retail clients prefer we come after close or before open. Nothing extra for after-hours scheduling.

  • Do you handle interior too?

Yes. Most route accounts do both on the same visit, but you can pick either scope.

  • Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes — licensed, bonded, and fully insured for commercial work in Washington.
